Tina Wilhelmsen, General Manager, PCA
Tina brings more than twenty years of senior living experience to Plush Mills, where she has built her career across multiple roles—including Sales, Business Office Manager, Associate Executive Director, and now General Manager, PCA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Susquehanna University and has spent two decades connected to Plush Mills, drawing on both her senior living background and her earlier experience as a property manager for a large office building in Philadelphia. Having grown alongside the community from its earliest days, Tina has a deep appreciation for the people, the culture, and the sense of home that make Plush Mills special. Her favorite part of the job is watching the friendships that form among residents and seeing how those connections enrich daily life.
Commitment is the core value that resonates most with Tina. She is incredibly proud of Plush Mills’ long‑tenured team and the dedication they show to residents and to one another. Creating a community where people feel supported, known, and genuinely cared for is what motivates her every day.
Outside of the community, Tina enjoys traveling, reading, and long walks. Her three grown children live in Denver, San Diego, and South Philadelphia—each one a great excuse for a visit.
