Marybeth Cannon, Sales Specialist

Marybeth’s passion for senior living is rooted in her belief that a community should be more than a place to live—it should be a place where people can truly thrive. When she saw how Solera communities bring residents a sense of freedom, connection, and renewed joy, she knew it was the kind of environment where her work could truly make a difference. Supporting individuals through such an important transition is something she approaches with sincerity and respect, and witnessing the positive impact of that move is what inspires her every day.

In her role as Sales Specialist, Marybeth loves helping families discover the comfort and possibility that come with choosing a Solera Senior Living community. She finds genuine joy in watching new residents settle in, make meaningful connections, and begin to feel truly at home. Guiding families through the decision‑making process—answering questions, easing concerns, and helping them envision a brighter, more supported future—is a responsibility she takes to heart.

Compassion is the Solera core value that resonates most deeply with Marybeth. She understands how emotional it can be to leave a home filled with memories, and she meets each family with empathy, patience, and understanding. Marybeth earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. With more than fifteen years of experience in senior living sales—including serving as a Sales Director, exceeding sales goals, and helping open two new communities—she has built a career centered on guiding families through important decisions and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Marybeth loves camping with her husband and their two dogs, Rosie and Oona. She enjoys bike rides, crocheting, and treating herself to dark chocolate. Her perfect vacation is hopping into their camper with no schedule and seeing where the road leads. Marybeth has been happily married for more than thirty years and is the proud mom of five—four sons and one daughter—and she treasures any time spent with her family.
