As Sales Counselor, Craig finds joy in meeting new people every day and hearing the stories residents and prospective residents are eager to share. He believes deeply in the power of commitment—something he has seen firsthand at Solera. After working for companies where employees didn’t feel supported, he recognizes how transformative it is to have a team behind you 100%. That level of trust and encouragement allows him to show up as his best self, and he brings that same dedication to the families he serves.
Craig graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Advertising and a focus on Account Management. His career path has taken him through real estate, skilled nursing, and senior living—a unique blend that gives him both the business insight and the human-centered perspective essential to helping families make confident decisions. With five years of experience in senior care, he understands the importance of balancing information, empathy, and guidance.
Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time in the kitchen, cooking for family and friends and creating moments that bring everyone together. He also loves spending time with his wife and sons, whether they’re in the backyard, exploring the city, or visiting their favorite museums and the zoo. When he has the chance, Craig loves getting out on the golf course. Their perfect getaway is a simple one: long days on the beach in Sea Isle City, followed by dinner at a favorite local spot. Craig often says his family is his “why”—the heart behind everything he does.
