Beverly Duffy, Human Resource Operations Manager

Beverly brings more than thirty years of senior living experience to Plush Mills, having served in a wide range of roles throughout her career. She finds genuine joy in supporting residents and engaging with the community, and she loves being part of a workplace where people are encouraged, valued, and cared for.

Beverly holds a B.A. in Education from Neumann University and has spent more than thirty years working across various areas of senior living. Her background gives her a unique perspective on the needs of residents and the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture.

Compassion is the value that resonates most deeply with Beverly. She is committed to helping create a warm, friendly environment where residents feel at home and team members feel supported. Her decades of experience in senior living have shaped her understanding of what it takes to build a strong, connected community.

In her role as Human Resource Operations Manager, Beverly enjoys the unique opportunity to work closely with both residents and team members. She especially loves finding creative ways to make Plush Mills a fun, welcoming, and uplifting place to work.

Outside of work, Beverly enjoys traveling with her husband, relaxing near the beach, and tackling puzzles. She also loves hiking with her two pups, Archie and Dutch. A proud mother of three grown children, she is currently working her way through her bucket‑list goal of visiting all 50 states—16 down so far.
