As Director of Sales and Marketing, Alyssa guides individuals and families through one of life’s biggest decisions. She takes the time to truly understand each person—their story, their needs, and what matters most to them. What she values most are the relationships built along the way. Being a trusted resource, offering reassurance, and helping families feel confident and supported is the heart of her role.

Compassion is the value that resonates most deeply with Alyssa. She understands that every person who walks through the doors is navigating a major transition, often filled with emotion and uncertainty. Her goal is always to ensure that every individual feels seen, heard, and cared for throughout their journey.

Alyssa has worked in senior living since 2014, gaining hands‑on experience across many areas of the field—including concierge, housekeeping, accounting, personal care sales, and skilled nursing admissions. This well‑rounded background gives her a unique perspective and allows her to guide families with confidence, especially when determining the right level of care. She completed high school and some college coursework while working part‑time, and has continued to build her expertise through more than ten years of direct experience.

Outside of work, Alyssa’s world revolves around her family. She and her husband—who grew up next door to her—share a daughter, Maeve, and a dachshund named Gus who keeps things lively at home. Most of her free time is spent on playdates, park trips, walks, and Sunday dinners with their large, close‑knit family. She also has a fun hidden talent: she can juggle, a surprise that never fails to make people smile. Her perfect vacation is a beach trip with her family, a tradition that began in childhood and remains their favorite way to relax and reconnect.
